Foody Cloud is not registered under GST. As a result, we do not charge any GST on your orders and no tax is added to your total. The amount shown at checkout is all-inclusive — you pay exactly that, plus any delivery charge shown before you place the order.

With every order you receive a detailed receipt listing the seller, the order number and date, an itemised breakdown of what you ordered, any delivery charge, and the total amount. It's a complete record of your purchase.

Because GST does not apply to your order, this document is issued as an order receipt rather than a GST tax invoice — a GST tax invoice can only be raised by a GST-registered seller. Each receipt is marked “NOT A TAX INVOICE” so its status is unambiguous.

This is an order receipt and acknowledgment of payment, not a GST tax invoice. Foody Cloud is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued.

Your order receipt is a valid record of your purchase. It carries our FSSAI registration number, the order details and the total paid. You can view it any time from your order page and download or print it (Print → Save as PDF) for your records.

Orders are placed directly on this website. If we also list on food-delivery aggregators in future, any GST applicable on those platforms is collected and remitted by the aggregator under their own registration — separate from orders placed here.
